Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products) if they are used

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at contact@callofthevalley.com.
