Orders placed on the Call of the Valley website are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods or exceptional circumstances, preparation times may be extended.
Estimated delivery within India is 2–5 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on courier, location, or logistical conditions. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout; free shipping may be offered depending on promotions. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available where indicated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. A tracking number will be provided when available to allow customers to track their shipment.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from delivery date. Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, size, or personal preference.
To request a replacement, email contact@callofthevalley.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, instructions will be provided for returning the item. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Replacements are shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
